Doña Lola leaves us the legacy of a life between fires, of dishes cooked in the heat of firewood, a kitchen based on intuition, tradition and the character of our land.

This gastronomy full of love and sacrifice arrives intact until today, right at the restaurant where I want to pay tribute to my grandmother, so that after half a century you will also find joy and good humor in the taste of their recipes.
